All our straps arrive with a minimum length of 135 cm. Simply measure and cut the strap for a perfect personal fit.
If you use W42/XXL or less in pants our straps will fit you perfectly.

How to resize
xHow to set up your HERO belt:
Before cutting your HERO belt, please thoroughly read our warranty and return policy.
- - Determine your waist size and add 15 cm.
- - Using a good, sturdy pair of scissors, cut the strap at the size previously determined.
- - Attach the buckle by clamping the trap door down on the cut end of the strap. The teeth on trap door will secure the buckle to the strap.
- - Try on your HERO belt. If it is still too long for your liking, detach the buckle from the strap and cut again. Repeat until your HERO belt hugs your waist just like you want.
- - If you are having difficulty detaching the buckle from the unfinished, cut end of the strap, try using a dull object to pry open the trap door.

xHow long is the strap? Can you order a certain length?
Could I just buy the buckles?

How do you undo the belt? May be a dumb question, but there is nothing on the buckle to let the ridges pass back through.
All of our straps come in a long 135cm length and fit up to a 125cm waist. For any smaller waist size, you simply trim the straps down to your waist size and attach the buckle. Bellow on this product page you can find a video "How to resize your HERO belt"
We always recommend when you first trim the straps, leave a little bit more than you think you're going to need, because you can always trim more off, but unfortunately, you can't put it back on once it's cut.
Could I just buy the buckles?
Yes, you are able to only purchase buckles. Please follow the link below to view our buckle collection:

You'll use a pair of scissors to trim the raw end of the strap (the end without the track system) - just be sure to trim a little at a time.
How do you undo the belt? May be a dumb question, but there is nothing on the buckle to let the ridges pass back through.
When you make the switch over to HERO Belts, removing the belts can definitely take a little bit of getting used to, as it is a two-handed motion that you have to use in order to relieve tension from the strap with one hand, while unlatching the buckle with your other hand.

HOW IT WORKS
1. MEASURE & CUT
Place the strap around your waistline and find the length that suits you. We recommend 15 cm excess strap. Use sharp scissors to cut excess strap on the opposite end of the trackline.
2. COMBINE
Insert the strap into the buckle and press down on the lock. Make sure the lock is fully pressed down, so the small metal teeth bite the leather.
3. TIGHTEN
Put your new belt in your pants from right to left.
To unlock the belt, push the tip on the underside of the buckle away from yourself.
